Dear Friends of Dances of Universal Peace,

In the interest of the well-being of our community, we have made the difficult decision to suspend our dances-

Like you, we are watching and learning as new developments unfold and will reassess for the month of April and keep you informed.

We have an opportunity to see this as an act of caring for one another, and rather than any kind of separation, an opportunity to consider how we are connected at a deeper level whether we meet in person or not.

We are inspired by the words of Garchen Rinpoche who advises to continue practice at home, and connect online where available.

In that spirit, we are offering two weekly Zoom gatherings on Wednesdays,

You can find the Zoom
invitations here

Your task is not to seek for Love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. Love is the Water of Life. Drink it Down with Heart and Soul.
~ Rumi
The Dances of Universal Peace are simple, meditative, joyous, multi-cultural dances
that use sacred phrases, chants, music and movements to touch the spiritual essence
within ourselves, and recognize it in others.

No musical or dance experience of any kind is required, and everyone is welcome to join in.
The DANCES focus on PEACE, creating a sense of solidarity and community,
while celebrating the underlying unity of all the spiritual traditions of the Earth.
