Scholarship Program for Northern Arizona Residents
Prescott Peace Dances & Sufi Circle is pleased to announce that a scholarship fund has been set up for residents of Northern Arizona. Funds may be solicited principally to help defray the cost of attending events related to Sufism, the Dances of Universal Peace or the general enlightenment of one's being. Preference will be given to those requests for $200 or less, and all decisions regarding financial support will be made by the PPD&SC Board. Unless urgency dictates otherwise, requests will be considered at the next monthly Board meeting after receiving the request. It is expected that after attending an event, the scholarship recipient will write up reflections of the experience: whether their goals were met, how they were touched by the experience, and submit to the Prescott Circle. They are also invited, if so moved, to share any part of their experience in a community setting such as a Dance gathering.
